Convenience store payment : The receipt issued at the time of payment at the convenience store can be used as a receipt. We are unable to issue receiptsfor convenience store payments (KOMOJU) . If you have a preferred name, please enter it in the name input field on the KOMOJU payment information input screen that will be transferred to you during the payment process.
*Normally, our shop does not issue separate receipts. If you would like us to issue a receipt for you due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us. We will send you a receipt in PDF format via email.
